update: linguafranca project

Hi guys,

The linguafranca project is approved on tigris.org now --
http://linguafranca.tigris.org. We can switch over to those mailing
lists for further discussion. There will also be an SVN repository and
Trac instance available soon (on phpdb.org) -- more to come on that (on
***@linguafranca.tigris.org).

Thanks, Sven & Alan, for posting & discussing the UML. I did look over
the notes & everything sounded pretty good -- though I haven't had time
to sit down & comment on that yet.
